This 1898 residence is one of the few 19th century homes in the Meridian Park neighborhood. This was the first home of Sen. Tom and Shirley Wyss. When they found it, it was abandoned and uninhabitable. It took roughly 16 months for this renovation predominately engineered by daughter and son-in-law and --who at the time lived two doors away at 119.
