This two story frame house was built as a rooming house and serves today as a Bed and Breakfast. It had much of its exterior restored in 1986 including the reconstruction of much of the front porch . The current owner grew up on East Lockerbie Street and is part of a family that has lived in the neighborhood since the late 40’s or early 50s. Her husband grew up in the grey clapboard double house next door and his grandmother built 345 N East Street as an income producing property..
