A leg quivering bike race in the heart of Missouri. 65, 25, and 10 mile gravel rides available. Multiple water crossings and beautiful views.
The Nasty Pulaski, offering multiple trail gravel grind events. The featured event is 65 miles and over 4,400 elevation!
The first 3 places in each age group will be awarded.
The age groups for Male and Female are:
• 14 -19 Under • 20-29 • 30-39 • 40-49 • 50-59 • 60-69 • 70-79 • 80+
Waynesville, easily accessible from Interstate 44, is centrally located between Saint Louis and Springfield, Missouri, making travel to and from the Frog Hill Half a breeze.
