The woman with the baton is the director, Kathryn Hessler (Allen?- newspaper article identifies her as Kathryn Allen- though maybe Hessler is her maiden name or a later married name). Elsa Fisher is the ninth from the left, Adele Marsala is the fourth from the left, Fabi Benedict is second from the left, and Jack DePagter is tenth from the left.
