A one-and-a-half-story brick and stuccoed house with Colonial Revival and English Cottage elements such as a steeply pitched side gable roof; a shed roof porch supported by paired and single square posts with small brackets; a double-leaf, multi-light entry; a long shed-roof dormer; and six-over-one windows. 1920 CD: not listed; 1930 CD: L.
