The MCM building here is the addition built onto the south side of an older house at the corner of Pine and 20th Street. The addition converted the single-family house into apartments. It is composed of three adjoining townhomes, each with its own low-sloping gable roof above an entry door at the ground level. The Modern elements include the large, triangular gable windows, the overhanging roof eaves, and the unadorned stucco front façade.
