The Seth Thompson House, dated 1844, is a front gable, clapboard sided Greek Revival style home with two chimneys. The door has sidelights and carved pilasters supporting a simple entablature. The windows have 6 over 6 sash. Due to the slope of the lot, the right side of the house appears to be two full stories with a second door surround with sidelights and entablature.
Mr. Seth Thompson was a cooper who worked for the Boston and Sandwich Glass Factory.
