This home was built new in 1925, and was then purchased in 1922 by M.C and William Bell. In the 1930 census, it homed husband and wife, Marcelles and Willie Bell, aged 39 and 38. They had 3 sons, Alvin, 14, Henry, 9, and Marcelles, 4. Additiionally they also had daughters Wilma, 13, Erma, 11, and Rosetta, 2.
