The house itself is a showstopper, literally built around a dramatic steel spiral staircase. “The staircase feels very powerful in the space and sets up the relationship between the different floors,” adds owner Reid Cigolle. “The contrast of materials - from stainless steel and perforated anodized aluminum, to raw plywood and hand-plastered surfaces - blend refined cutting-edge details with an artistic Venice aesthetic.”
