I am willing to provide ongoing demonstrations throughout the Tour weekend. Heather will be demonstrating a variety of techniques depending on what she is making . She will be throwing organic forms on the wheel, painting mixed media cut out sculptural paintings or even working in photoshop creating patterns . You never know what she will be up too! Check it out !

Heather Cronin is a “scainter”. A sculptress, ceramicist, painter combined into one. The process of making and creating with different materials connects and expresses the sentience of feeling nature and life. In the studio the exploration of memories, the spectrum of emotions of the human experience are heartfelt. Both material and process are her partner, recognizing her, cajoling her: creating opportunities of possibilities. The creative channel is her place of comfort. It is an open reciprocal dialogue. It is infused and inspired by the cyclical movement and rhythmic pattern of nature’s beauty which she felt as a child riding through the wind on a pony’s back through the moors down to the sea. Whether investigating curiously with color or form, it is a playful banter. As these aspects of her life experience, appreciation for our natural world and techniques layer and combine together in different compositions a world of wonderment, reflection, and diverse perspectives become and she is immersed in it. It is much like being both a butterfly and being in a cocoon. More can be seen on Instagram @clay horse studio.

At our new venture of having two working studios at 1289 reed rd. :CR STUDIOS FARM ( Heather Cronin/ Andrew Hamilton Reiss) there is a lot to see . Also, We have picnic tables in a field for lunch or relax under a tree. A bathroom is available as well. Come out and enjoy , have conversation and a laugh and check out what we are up too !

andrewhamiltonreiss@gmail.com

Will provide ongoing demonstrations throughout the Tour weekend. Andrew Hamilton Reiss will be demonstrating creative sculpture building with mixed materials .

The work created evolves with the Earth and Nature in mind. To attempt in finding a purpose, a purpose of functionality, collaboration, and creativity. Andrew Hamilton Reiss uses a wide range of materials depending on the project. Projects are as small as an insect to 29 foot sculptures. Andrew works with stone, metal, wood, plants, soil, and “junk” to build with for indoor and outdoor use. Works created range from creative landscapes, fences, firepits, furniture, paintings (indoor and out), to installations of sculpture for private or public settings.

The collaborative process is important aspect of the process as Andrew enjoys the fulfillment of ideas and dreams. Some dreams can manifest from and object, an object that relates to a relative or friend.

Andrew Hamilton Reiss grew up as a young child in Mexico City, and was introduced at a young age to many different kinds of artists, builders and cultures. Since his mother is British he also had the opportunity to travel through Europe. There his love of working outdoors was cemented spending time in the gardens with his grandparents.

That being said, Andrew creates with the use of modern and ancient techniques to build unique environments for any living or work space.
