Our New Student Housing

Expected to be completed in the Spring of 2021, Montserrat’s newest student housing will be on the top floor of the 275 Cabot Street city block. This space will be reminiscent of our apartment style housing across campus and will house approximately 40 students. Each apartment will have separate living spaces, double bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms and the common spaces will include student work areas as well as a gallery.
