Created By: Historic Urban Neighborhoods of Indianapolis
Year Built: 1864
Architectural Style: Gable Front
Key Features:
Alfred Foster constructed this house in 1864. It is a typical story and a half frame house of the period but the details were probably added in the late nineteenth century to augment the appearance. Such an elaborate porch is unique in Lockerbie Square. It was first renovated in the late 1970s with updates in painting and landscaping from the current owners.
