Built in 1925, here is an example of The Windsor from the 1923 Sears Catalog. As you can see, the front porch has been enclosed and front door moved to the left. A 1994 real estate listing shows the house still only has two bedrooms, so minimal remodeling has incurred inside.

Former resident include, Austin Zody. Mr. Zody was a WWI veteran, Navy Seaman, second class. He also belonged to the Masons and the First Church of Christ Scientists.
