McDonald House Craftsman, Built 1927
Built for Prof. P. E. McDonald. Mr. McDonald acquired the land in 1917 as he joined the Normal, now UNT and gained the original building permit in 1926. It was moved to this location when Carroll Blvd. was expanded.
