Across the street you see the entrance to the Clarence Mitchell House built in 1928. The current owners contacted Wrigley Field to see how they took their own ivy off the walls, restored the stadium, and put the ivy back on the walls again.
The house won a Preservation Foundation restoration award in 1994.
