Agricultural Engineering Laboratory is an instructional and research laboratory used for farm machinery, livestock housing, animal manure management, farm building construction and soil erosion control. The lab was constructed in three phases: 1) 1960, machinery/tractor lab; 2) 1968, western addition of small labs (agricultural mechanic, processing, instrumentation and research; and 3) 1981, eastern addition of several labs and a classroom. A historical marker at the entrance recognizes the development of the forage harvester by Floyd Waldo Duffee. Web site: www.bse.wisc.edu
