A contemporary multi-family apartment complex in two floors and a commercial space with mezzanine on the ground floor. The architectural composition is characteristic of the modern movement of the 1950s and 1960s.

Simple, functionall designed white concrete facade in which parts as balconies and the platibanda have been reduced to an almost brutalistic minimum in form and use of materials. Some accent through the vertical red brickwork and canopy above the entrance to the apartments.
