Teaching and practicing architecture, fine art, and city and regional planning as creative and powerful forces with the potential to improve the world.

The smallest college within Cornell, the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning prepares students to address the complex issues of the 21st century through the application of the art and science of design. The Architecture program is a five-year professional degree program (bachelor of architecture). The Fine Arts program is a four-year program (bachelor of fine arts). The department of City and Regional Planning offers a four-year program (bachelor of science in urban and regional studies). AAP also offers experiential programs in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Rome, Italy.
