Casa de Poço, a contemporary Art Deco house (now A.L.) with two floors. The quality of the beautiful symmetrical facade is based on a large number of decorations consisting of horizontally applied bands on the front and the platibanda with underneath it a colorful strip with ceramic tiles.
The horizontal curved concrete strips in the balcony fencing and a number of striking details that define this architecture of the twenties and thirties, inspired by Art Deco.
