About the project:

This (former) Art School in Olhao was set up for “creative” holidays. The school consist of two houses, The School House and The Pool House, both renovated by David Clarke, founder of the school.

Both houses are connected on several levels. The eight bedrooms of the School House comfortably accommodated up to 16 people, and the Pool House, with four bedrooms accommodated up to nine people.

Two patios with a beautiful one hundred and fifty year old olive tree. Indoor and outdoor stairs meandered up to the different levels.... leading to the roof where there is a small swimming pool, and a beautiful view of The Pool House next door and the surrounding rooftops of the Cubist Town of Olhão.

Sold after it was an Art-School and probably with new destination now.
