Located in the Old West End Historic District, known for its Late Victorian style buildings, the Beecher-Bennet home features a conical tower, large windows, and a spacious front porch as is typical for the Queen Anne style. The stone gargoyles on the stairs, while notable, were added in a later remodel. The exterior showcases rust-colored brick, complemented by thick wooden trim.[1] The interior includes an ornate first floor with a stair hall, sitting room, parlor with a fireplace, kitchen with built-in china cabinets, and a dining room. The second floor contains three bedrooms, a recreation room, and a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. The attic has been converted into a bedroom with a closet and bathroom.[2] Today, this building is still in use as a single-family home.
