Berlin is an interesting place to see. Berlin has a lot of historic tours you can visit. Some of the tours that are unique is the statue of Siegessaule. The statue represents Victria, the goddess of victory. Another tour that is interesting is the Brandenburg Gate. The Brandenburg Gate symbolize as Berlins cold war between the East and West. In my opinion, I think Berlin is better than Paris because Berlin has cool and fun tours you can visit. Berlin is the best city because there's many attractions and tours you can go to.
