Black Locust (Robinia pseudoacacia)

Information

This tree resides on the right side of the walkway towards the water, it is at the end of the cement patch on the right of the beginning of the trail. I like the black locust because of it's dark bark and how it has thorns along the branches. In the fall it has bright yellow leaves that stick out. The leaves are simple yet pleasing to look at.
