Another home designed by architect Lawrence George, this is a former residence of Indiana Landmarks President Marsh Davis and his wife Grace. In the late 1980s Marsh lead the neighborhood's effort to seek National Register of Historic Places status, which it received in 1990. The National Register designation brought many new residents to the neighborhood.
