Bunker Hill Street runs the length of the original Bunker Hill. Where the Monument stands, and entire residential area called Bunker Hill is - was formerly Breeds Hill in colonial times after the farmer Ebenezer Breed who owned it.
The Citadel ran from St Martin St to Sackville St right over the middle of Bunker Hill St on both sides.
