Cafe Fraiche is located on the 1st floor of the Elevate Fitness & Wellness Center building. It specializes in gourmet coffees, fresh salads, and sandwiches. Displayed in the gallery is work by local artist Robert K. Robert. He has been creating these beautiful works of art for the Hazleton area for over 5 years. He specializes in 3D art that also has an illumination feature. Stop by to view the gallery and grab a bite to eat!
