About the project:

Built in 1940 as the Ladeira Building, named after the Ladeira family who built it.

Modernist building with Art Deco influences. It consists of two floors with streamlined white stucco facades, horizontal frames, large window & door openings and concrete balconies. Currently known as Casa Ceu, an AL (Alojamento Local) with a big suncovered roof terrace and a beautiful view over the Cubist City.
