About the project:

Casa Rosa (or the Pink House as commonly known amongst the locals) dates back to the early
1950’s and has been a focal point on the main boulevard in Olhao for many years. Colum and David viewed the property in 2017 and fell in love with it immediately. With a central location only 5 minutes walk from the port and seafront market they knew it would be a perfect spot for a private villa.

In 2022 the property now offers a fully refurbished and luxurious 9 bedroom private villa hotel with
