About the project:

The house was built in the early 19th century for a wealthy merchant and although large, it had seen better days. It had last been used as a fishermen’s nightclub but had been closed for over 30 years. At the end it consisted of small rooms that were separated by 1.60 m high walls.

Now it is a stately home with a beautiful patio - accessible by a huge floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door - with an impressive Bouganville that meanders over several floors. The house has several floors with terraces. A small pool and beautiful seating- or sun areas and a mirant with a view all over the city. It has 6 rooms and 6 shower / bathrooms.
