Created By: Shelburne area chamber of commerce
This long, narrow building in the Greek Revival style was constructed around 1850 and is typical of the stores and shops seen on Charlotte Lane during that time period. Over the centuries, the building has housed a Chinese laundry, a bowling alley, restaurant, law office, butcher shop, pool hall, place of worship and a food co-op! It is now well known as a fine dining establishment.
