Originally the site of the Williams Saloon. In the great first of 1895 the building was lost. The club was organized in 1923 and its members are local and former residents of the area. The city park across the street was deeded to the Club by Abraham Schell providing that it was used for the betterment of the community under the Club's advisory. The hall is used for civic meetings and available for rent for private parties and wedding receptions.
