At one stage the eccentric owner wanted to build a replica of the famous Copenhagen landmark "round tower" but the building only reached the 2nd floor by the time of his passing. You can still see the building which is part of the Copenhagen Teachers summer camp accommodation for children. Do you follow the path and signs or do you keep to the shoreline and go out to the cross which stands as a lonely figure out on the northern edge of the island marking the remains of a family found when excavating on the island.
This point of interest is part of the tour: THOR'S ISLAND
