The DUC is located on the southern side of the Danforth Campus, between Simon Hall and Mallinckrodt Center The three-story building is LEED Gold Certified and was constructed entirely in the collegiate Gothic style by architecture firm Tsoi/Kobus & Associates.

The DUC provides a welcoming space for all who participate in the life of the university — students, faculty, staff, alumni, neighbors and friends. Includes a food court, cafe, meeting spaces, informal study areas, student fun lounge and other vital student campus services.
