Creation of the Liège Design Center, allowing the public to discover the work of Liège Designers, but also allowing young designers access to a co-working space and a workshop. The Center is completed by two floors of offices for rent.
The project also includes a real estate development of 13 apartments for sale or rent. (2012-2015)
