Clinton’s Discovery Trail is dedicated to three Clinton County astronauts: Cmdr. Dale A. Gardner (U.S. Navy), Dr. George D. (Pinky) Nelson and Col. David C. Hilmers (U.S. Marine Corps). Trail users will enjoy scenery of the Mississippi River.
