The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco deals with Moroccan interests in the Netherlands. This amdassade thus represents the interests of one of the largest ethnic minority groups in the Netherlands and is assisted in this by four consulate-generals in Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Rotterdam and Utrecht.
The first Moroccan ambassador / representative, on behalf of Sultan Muley Zaydan, was the Jewish-Moroccan Samuel Pallache. He came to The Hague in 1611 and is one of the first Jews to settle in The Hague.
