The Historic Fielder House is a great place. The 100-year-old former home of James Fielder was for many years Arlington's grand residence and is now an engaging museum run by the Arlington Historical Society. The museum allows you to take a glimpse at how folks used to live in the area in 1914. The property is a gorgeous look at the past. Large groves of live oaks, fruit orchards, and vegetable gardens make a fine place to pass the time on a sunny Saturday afternoon.
The galleries at the Fielder House are used primarily to exhibit themes and topics relating to the history of Arlington and its surrounding communities.
