Northcote Point has had a post office since 1874. This new post office was opened in 1929. Prime Minister Sir Joseph Ward congratulated Northcote Borough on its progress and promised to “facilitate the citizens' request about a bridge.” The post office closed in 1988 and the building is now a restaurant.
Walk down Queen Street and take the pathway to Halls Beach.
