Former Post Office (74 Hinemoa Street)

The old Post Office is part of an old retail hub for travellers and locals. Before the Harbour Bridge opened in 1959, Hinemoa Street was briefly the 'great north road' or State Highway 1, for those heading north from the car ferry with the corner of Hinemoa St, Maritime Terrace and Bridgeview Rd, including a petrol station (now townhouses), Clow's bakery and general store.

Continue south along Hinemoa Street and then follow Bridge View Road and Wanganella Street. At Tizard Road, turn left and continue to the end.
