Galloping Horse of Gansu

The Galloping Horse of Gansu was installed at the University Lake in May 2003. The statue was a gift of Huo Baozhu, president of the Shaanxi Five Rings Sculptural Art Company.

The home to the east of the sculpture is called The Crossland House, and it's home to the PSU president and his family. It's also a place for university gatherings throughout the year.

To reach the next point on the tour, Timmons Chapel, either head west across the lake on the two bridges, or walk around the south end of the lake on the grassy berm.
