This new Eritrean cafe offers a selection of meat and vegetarian dishes, served on spongy injera bread. The dishes are similar to those that offered at Ethiopian restaurants, but Yordanos Gebre, whose family owns the cafe, says that Eritrean cuisine uses less oil.
