From Gotebo go 4 miles east on OK 9,(sign on south side of road) turn rignt go 2 1/2 miles south on paved road, turn left go about 1/2 miles east, turn right at New Rainy Mountain Indian Mission Cemetery, church is located south of cemetery on west side of street.
Rainy Mountain Cemetery
By the church, you will notice the Rainy Mountain Cemetery Kiowa-Comanche-Apache Intertribal Burial Grounds. This is the original Cemetery and has the graves of some of the well-known Indians of the area, including the famous Kiowa Chief Gotebo who composed the first Kiowa hymn and was the first Kiowa to be baptized at the Rainy Mountain Mission.
