The Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County campus is located at 1023 W. 14th Street in the Historic Boston Thurmond Neighborhood.
Our campus consists of three buildings:
The Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust Housing Education Center is home to our administrative offices where training and educational programs are held for adults, youth and for the community at large.
The Dan Pearson Construction Technology Center (DPCTC) serves as our construction operations center for materials and tool storage. This is where wall builds, the first step in building a home, take place. The center is also home to the Bob Doty Community Workshop - a woodworking shop open for community use, as well as the Smith-Phillips homeroom - a mock-up of a Habitat home used for teaching home maintenance classes and where families select their choice of siding, shutters, and countertops for their new home.
The Jimmy Johnson Volunteer Lodge houses service groups, including high school and college students, for extended volunteer opportunities that include building with Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County and serving other organizations in Forsyth County.
