The tower is one of the collective memories of Hong Kong.It has a long history and closely related to life of lots of HongKongers.

Tower was built at 1915 with Kowloon Train Station.It is 44 meters tall and composed of red rock and granite.The tower is covered with an octagonal roof and 7 meters height lighting rod.The manufacturer producing the clock tower is same with the Big Ben in London.

The tower worked since 22 Mar 1921.However,under the urban development, Kowloon Train Station replaced in Hung Hom though there are many opposition from citizens.The Tower has become a declared monument since 1990.And become a famous landmark after the period of colonial rule.
