Information

Built in 1910, the Hudson Armory was built on 1 Park Street, to house the Massachusetts volunteer Militia. It was also the former property of Marshall Wood, a popular citizen of Hudson. It cost $4,000 to build and housed the Masachusetts National Guard. This unit has helped in many different disasters, including the 1953 Worcester Tornado and the 1912 textile strike in Lawrence.
