Hung Wan Bing Teng is a traditional bing-sutt mixed with bakery, with over 40 years of history. Ice room (Bing Sutt/ Bing Teng) is a traditional cold drinking restaurant that first appeared in the 1960s as a middle-class version of western restaurant. Initially, most Bing Sutt could only sell cold drinks and snacks as they only had light refreshment restaurant licenses. To store the products, they usually have refrigerators and trays for baked goods designed to be put at the shop window.
