This building was built by Billy Cleaves for George McCabe in 1891 as a general merchandise store and Wells Fargo stopping place. The Odd Fellows Lodge met in the rented scorned story for many years. In 1900 they bought the entire building and lot for $1,500. The street level store was the location of several vendors until its last in 1927. Since 1958, the IOOF members have been serving delicious breakfast on the first Sunday of every month. The proceeds go for the upkeep of the building and various charitable causes.
