Advancing the world of work
At the ILR School, studies of management and public policy are consolidated and lead to a bachelor of science in Industrial and Labor Relations. Here you will study economics and public policy, organizational behavior and human resources management, collective bargaining and dispute resolution. ILR combines the social sciences, humanities, business, and law. A majority of ILR graduates go directly into the workforce after graduation, focusing on jobs in human resources and financial services. ILR is also a popluar track for pre-law students.
