Jake Talbot came to the homebuilding trade as a teenager, working for his father's successful design/build firm. During those years he logged many hours honing his skills and developing a passion for all aspects of residential construction.Eventually he branched out on his own; starting his own residential construction and contracting company. It was at this time that he met his now wife and business partner Victoria. As their relationship grew so did the business. After their marriage, Victoria officially joined the company and added her own experience in project management, logistics, marketing and business communication to the team.
