Information

On the second floor of the Supreme Life Building is the place where John H. Johnson started Ebony and Jet, which was a publication to celebrate the African American heritage and experience.

I remember the publication as a kid — I would argue that there was probably zero Black households in America that you went to and you couldn't find Ebony and Jet either in the kitchen on the table, on the dining room table, or in the washroom. There was always Ebony and Jet.
